6-Bromo Androstane-3,17-Dione or more commonly called 6-bromoandrostenedione is a fast acting competitive inhibitor of the aromatase enzyme.  When 6-bromoandrostenedione is bound to the aromatase enzyme instead of estrogens produced by the body, a net result of less estrogen and more testosterone is realized.  6-bromoandrostenedione can be used as an anabolic tool for gaining muscle mass, as a libido booster, or as part of a post cycle therapy regimen to facilitate the body's homeostasis after legal androgen use.
